Abstract
â¶ Breastfeeding was associated with greater attentional biases to infant distress. â¶ This may imply greater maternal sensitivity. â¶ Prior to their infant's birth, mothers showed no differences in attentional bias. â¶ Differences in attentional bias according to feeding type were found after birth.
