Abstract
⺠Associative control predicts less conflict adaptation with less repetition. ⺠We used a numerical flanker task to manipulate repetition parametrically. ⺠The task was given to an associative control model and to human subjects. ⺠For the model and the subjects, there was less adaptation with less repetition.
