Abstract
⺠Humans remember faces of their own age and ethnic group more accurately. ⺠Faces which are both other-race and other-age show no additive disadvantage. ⺠ERP repetition and old/new effects for own-race and own-age biases partly differ. ⺠Partly different neural mechanisms accompany the own-race and own-age biases.
