Abstract
ⶠRapid zygomatic EMG reactivity to appetitive sensory cues does not increase in AN patients. ⶠThere is a later increase of corrugator reactivity to food pictures during the pre-prandial state in AN patients. ⶠThere is a partial dissociation between objective and subjective measures of hedonic processes. ⶠAN patients reveal a hyporeactivity of the autonomic nervous system. ⶠAutomatic processing of pleasantness might be altered in AN.
