Abstract
⺠The role of neuroendocrine factors in cancer initiation remains poorly understood and primed for further investigation. ⺠Neuroendocrine stress mediators can modulate key cellular and molecular processes that lead to cancer progression. ⺠Psychosocial interventions and pharmacological approaches hold promise as potential adjuvant therapy for cancer patients.
