Abstract
⺠We examined language dysfluencies in female premutation carriers (fXPCs). ⺠fXPCs had more language dysfluencies compared to the comparison group. ⺠Language dysfluencies and age were significantly and positively correlated in fXPCs. ⺠Language dysfluencies could be an early indicator of cognitive aging in fXPCs.
