Abstract
► We examined language dysfluencies in female premutation carriers (fXPCs). ► fXPCs had more language dysfluencies compared to the comparison group. ► Language dysfluencies and age were significantly and positively correlated in fXPCs. ► Language dysfluencies could be an early indicator of cognitive aging in fXPCs.
