Abstract
⺠We examined non-fluent/agrammatic primary progressive aphasia in FTLD. ⺠The core clinical characteristic is slowed, effortful expression. ⺠This is related to impaired grammatical processing. ⺠Disruption of 3 large-scale neural networks contributes to naPPA expression.
