Abstract
⺠We examine whether mental abacus (MA) experience changes mental representations of numbers. ⺠Long-term intensive MA training leads to boost in numerical processing efficiency. ⺠Numerical magnitude information is a more salient dimension in children with long-time MA experience than in their peers.
