Abstract
⺠Reward modulates adaptations to conflict in conflict tasks and task switching. ⺠Adaptations to conflict disappear after not receiving reward in a reward context. ⺠Individual differences in reward responsiveness influence these modulations. ⺠A role for reward in overcoming incongruent stimuli is discussed.
