Abstract
► Implicit visual learning is difficult to observe as it mainly affects encoding processes. ► Implicit visual and motor learning differ in terms of response times but not in terms of acquired knowledge. ► Implicit learning is not only influenced by the selective attention directed to stimuli but also to response dimensions. ► Directing attention to the relevant response dimension seems to affect explicit rather than implicit leaning processes.
