Abstract
► Relationship between Inattentional Blindness (IB), working memory and eye movements using a dynamic task. ► IB is associated with lower working memory capacity than those who are not IB. ► Noticing the unexpected stimulus is not contingent upon having directly fixated it. ► IB individuals fixate more on irrelevant distractors than non-IB individuals. ► Overall, IB is associated with low resources and inefficient attention allocation.
