Abstract
⺠Autobiographical memories (ABM) are less thematically linked to patients' self-images. ⺠ABM underlying patients' self-images are associated to a weakened sense of self. ⺠The organization of ABM grouding the self is deficient in schizophrenia. ⺠These abnormalities may account for the poor cohesiveness of the self in patients.
