Abstract
⺠Processes underlying fast and slow responses in an inductive test differ. ⺠Also the abilities underlying fast and slow responses differ. ⺠Fast responses are a better basis to differentiate the abilities than slow responses. ⺠A psychometric branching model was found to be a useful modeling tool.
