Abstract
⺠Chronic opioid exposure is associated with neuropsychological deficits. ⺠There was medium effect size in memory, impulsivity and cognitive flexibility. ⺠The analysis highlights heterogeneity in methodologies used. ⺠It was not possible to determine if these deficits are not due to 'core' addiction phenotypes.
