Abstract
⺠Cerebral IL15 modulates neurotransmission and facilitates hippocampal memory. ⺠IL15 signaling benefits mood stability, prevents depressive-like behavior and apathy. ⺠IL15 contributes to thermoregulation in the hypothalamus and curtails hyperthermia. ⺠Neuroinflammation upregulates cerebral IL15 receptors to limit metabolic consequences.
