Abstract
												â¶ Chemotherapy is associated with cognitive impairment in some cancer survivors. â¶ Rodent research is necessary to unravel the underlying mechanisms. â¶ This review critically evaluates current animal research addressing this question. â¶ Mechanisms include neurogenesis, white matter, inflammation, and blood flow changes. â¶ Possible intervention strategies include both drug and behavioral treatment.
