Abstract
ⶠChemotherapy is associated with cognitive impairment in some cancer survivors. ⶠRodent research is necessary to unravel the underlying mechanisms. ⶠThis review critically evaluates current animal research addressing this question. ⶠMechanisms include neurogenesis, white matter, inflammation, and blood flow changes. ⶠPossible intervention strategies include both drug and behavioral treatment.
