Abstract
⺠GTS is a spectrum disorder. ⺠Tic-formation involves a structurally and functionally disordered striatum. ⺠Abundant minor drawbacks are found at different structural and functional levels. ⺠Longitudinal studies are required for firm insights into the pathophysiology of GTS.
