Abstract
⺠Both antipsychotics and alpha-2 agonists have efficacy in reducing tic symptoms. ⺠Head-to-head trials of antipsychotics suggest they are roughly equivalent in efficacy. ⺠Alpha-2 Agonists appear most effective in treating tics in children with ADHD.
