Abstract
⺠Sensitivity to reward vs. punishment was compared in Parkinson's disease patients . ⺠Greater left hemisphere DA loss associated with reduced reward sensitivity. ⺠Greater right hemisphere DA loss showed trend toward lower punishment sensitivity. ⺠Medication reversed reward/punishment sensitivity only for greater left hemisphere loss.
