Abstract
⺠We examine executive function and mood association in frontal lobe epilepsy. ⺠Sample is largest evaluating executive functions after frontal lobe resection. ⺠Greater executive impairment occurs after surgery in presurgery depressed patients. ⺠Poor mood is a risk factor for decline in executive function after surgery.
