Abstract
⺠Neglect patients often omit or misread initial letters of single words, termed neglect dyslexia (ND). ⺠The contralesional line bisection error predicts the severity of ND. ⺠However, performance in a cancellation task does not correlate with ND-severity. ⺠The results indicate two different pathological mechanisms for these disturbances.
