Abstract
⺠Males and females differ in the recruitment of cerebral networks when processing emotions. ⺠A male versus a female expressing anger is a stronger cue, especially to men. ⺠Different factors including hormonal, chromosomal, environmental are of influence. ⺠More studies needed to investigate interaction between sex of observer and observed.
