Abstract
⺠Using virtual reality we depict multifaceted episodic memory of aMCI and AD. ⺠We examine influence of an active exploration on episodic memory. ⺠Normal aging, aMCI and AD present different profiles (factual, temporal, spatial, binding). ⺠They both benefit from an active encoding possibly based on preserved motor brain areas. ⺠Measures via virtual reality correlate with subjective mnesic complaint.
