Abstract
⺠How can we process time for two events that are partially simultaneous? ⺠We propose a new paradigm to measure time estimation. ⺠There is a cost to estimate duration of intervals overlapping in time. ⺠Healthy observers and neglect patients present a counter intuitive bias: a negative time-order-error.
