Abstract
⺠We study the different emotional effect of STN-DBS and l-dopa in Parkinson's disease. ⺠The administration of the two therapies simultaneously enhances emotion processing. ⺠l-dopa overdoses the OFC but STN DBS compensate for this by decreasing its activity.
