Abstract
⺠There is a relation between attentional processes and morphological features of words. ⺠Patients with neglect dyslexia read better left-headed noun-noun compounds than right-headed noun-noun compounds. ⺠The head of a compound word captures implicit reading in patients with neglect dyslexia.
