Abstract
ⶠPsychosis-prone subjects showed greater activity in anterior prefrontal cortex during mentalizing. ⶠFurther regions of greater activity in high PP included dorsomedial/lateral prefrontal areas. ⶠThus, high PP subjects required increased prefrontal activation to adequately mentalize. ⶠDifferences in mentalizing neurocircuitry may be associated with psychosis vulnerability.
