Abstract
⺠Objectively measured degree of bilingualism predicts age-of-diagnosis of Alzheimer's disease. ⺠Spanish-English bilinguals with probable AD. ⺠Significant effect obtained only in low education groups. ⺠Bilingualism along a continuum increases cognitive reserve.
