Abstract
▸ Migraineurs have altered top-down control of visual cortex, without perceptual costs. ▸ Migraineurs have decreased suppression for unattended events in the visual periphery. ▸ This is coupled with increased perceptual sensitivity to non-central visual inputs. ▸ Migraineurs show heightened visual discriminative processing when attending foveally.
