Abstract
⸠Does redundancy gain (RG) rely critically on the basal ganglia (BG)? ⸠Participants included 20 with mild-moderate Parkinson's disease and 20 controls. ⸠We found virtually no differences in RG between groups. ⸠Follow-up analyses support the lack of RG difference between groups. ⸠We conclude that normal RG effects are not likely to rely critically on the BG.
