Abstract
⺠The pulvinar respond to the matching of working memory content and the goal of a selection task. ⺠The above effect is observed in three separate experiments. ⺠When memory content distracts selection, the pulvinar increase projections to SFG, TPJ and visual cortex. ⺠The projection strength from pulvinar-to-visual correlates with working memory performances.
