Abstract
ⶠSelective semantic STM deficits could indicate a semantic buffer system or might reflect a task-general semantic control deficit. ⶠWe show that three semantic STM patients display semantic control impairments on STM and non-STM tasks. ⶠSuggests a general semantic control deficit underpins STM deficits in these cases.
