Abstract
⺠The relative involvement of V1 and V5/MT in the Enigma illusion is controversial. ⺠V1 rTMS does not affect the Enigma illusory motion perception. ⺠V5/MT rTMS before the Enigma delays the time necessary to perceive the illusion. ⺠V5/MT is causally linked to the illusory perception of motion.
