Abstract
► We simulated hemianopia in healthy subjects with a gaze-contingent paradigm. ► We replicated a contralateral bisection bias in virtual hemianopia. ► Increasing degrees of central sparing had only minimal effect on bias. ► A model of central magnification predicted only a small effect of sparing.
