Abstract
⺠Habitual response inhibition barely requires reliable neural synchronization. ⺠Deficits in pre-manifest HD occur only in non-habitual response inhibition. ⺠Dysfunctions in phase-synchronization processes underlie these deficits. ⺠Genetic disease load determines the degree of phase-locking dysfunctions. ⺠Phase-synchronization properties predict pre-manifest disease progression.
