Abstract
ⶠMultiple epochs in the motion-related visual evoked potential make significant independent contributions to the prediction of response latency ⶠThese epochs can be related to cognitive models of motion perception and perceptual decision-making ⶠThe relationship between these epochs and a diffusion process model indicate that model estimates of information accumulation rate reflect both early and late processes, not only a post-perceptual decision process.
