Abstract
⺠Health-related negative affect measures such as cynical hostility display greater neighborhood clustering than does hypertension. ⺠Neighborhood ambient physical stressors predict cynical hostility more strongly than do neighborhood social conditions. ⺠Psychological pathways may link downstream physical health outcomes with modifiable neighborhood physical conditions.
