Abstract
⺠Statistically significant local clusters of community-dwelling older people in New Jersey with high or low levels of depressive symptoms can be found. ⺠Area-level poverty is a factor significantly associated with depressive symptoms almost everywhere in the state. ⺠Residential stability and crime are local factors significantly associated with depressive symptoms in different regions of the state.
