⺠Spending time on job search is productive; it gives better job matches. ⺠Reservation wages decline sharply at the end of unemployment insurance eligibility. ⺠Activation improves future employment prospects; at the cost of lengthening job search. ⺠Activation programs have the potential for being cost effective.
