Abstract
⺠Exposure to physical hazards leads to a 3% point rise in the odds of voluntary employee turnover. ⺠Working in night shift results in an 11% point hike. ⺠Having an unsupportive boss leads to a 6% point jump. ⺠High involvement work practices mitigate the adverse effects of workplace hazards. ⺠The worker improves the 5-year odds of rectifying workplace adversities by quitting the firm.
