Abstract
⺠We discuss the recently proposed statistical model of quantization. ⺠The statistics of the deviations from a classical ensemble is investigated. ⺠A new type of objective (observation-independent) uncertainty relation is proposed. ⺠The relation implies the standard quantum mechanical uncertainty relation.
