Abstract
► We study the effects of spatial and temporal factors on population dynamical systems. ► The average total population size is insensitive to the temporal dynamics. ► The population size decreases as the spatial diffusion effect is increased. ► At large diffusion coefficients, the spatial pattern variations are saturated.
