Abstract
⺠We model firm dynamics and related statistics. ⺠The modeling tool is borrowed from the literature on the kinetic exchange models. ⺠We present some exact distributional results. ⺠It is shown that the firm size distribution and the related statistics could be captured qualitatively in this framework.
