Abstract
⺠A hidden variable model for quantization is proposed. ⺠The resulting quantum system has a straightforward physical interpretation. ⺠It is free from the problem of operator ordering ambiguity. ⺠It leads to measurement without wave function collapse a la pilot-wave theory.
