Abstract
⺠The influence of vehicle-to-vehicle communication on traffic flow has been studied. ⺠We have presented an effective strategy to improve traffic flow characteristics. ⺠We examined a peak hour traffic scenario with open boundaries and an on-ramp. ⺠Our analysis considered different fractions of communicating vehicles.
