Abstract
⺠We study Kramers and Smoluchowski equations for a charged Brownian gas. ⺠External fields as well as a non-uniform bath temperature are considered. ⺠A non-equilibrium temperature and entropy are defined. ⺠A full hydrothermodynamical picture follows. ⺠Some applications are presented.
