Abstract
⺠We have incorporated costly punishment into evolutionary snowdrift game. ⺠We have studied the steady state and dynamics numerically in well-mixed population. ⺠We found that punishers could enhance cooperation, but that there was no three-character coexistence. ⺠Analytically explained numerical results using replicator dynamics. ⺠Analyzed phase diagram, fixed points and their stability.
