Abstract
⺠We study properties of water/methanol solutions versus temperature and concentration. ⺠By means of high resolution NMR we measure both dynamical and structural quantities. ⺠The physical properties of the solution depend on the different kinds of interactions. ⺠The interactions are both hydrophobic and hydrophilic. ⺠The interaction strengths depend on the solution concentration and on the temperature.
