Abstract
⺠A load balancing version of the biased diffusive capture process is proposed. ⺠We propose a network generation model to create scale-free networks with embedded community structure. ⺠Community structure is employed to balance the traffic of high degree nodes. ⺠We show that the traffic on top hubs belonging to different communities is evenly spread.
