Abstract
⺠Sum rules in molecular liquids and their consequences are analyzable in the molecular mean field framework. ⺠Mean field theory is amenable to analyze systems with local constraints and inequalities. ⺠Orientational degrees of freedom in liquid water are analyzed self-consistently. ⺠Dense liquid properties including saturation effect can be elucidated in the framework.
